The fastest way to work through your barriers and reach your goals is to work one-on-one with someone who understands how ADHD affects every area of your life.

I specialize in supporting neurodivergent humans on their quest to love themselves, reach their dreams, & design a life that works for their brains. 

​

1:1 Coaching includes:​

  • 90 min Strategy and Planning Session (week 1)

  • 50 min weekly or bi-weekly sessions (or a blend of both)

  • Support between sessions using “What’s App”

  • Individualized assessments

  • Individualized Executive Functioning Profile ($175 value)

Are you feeling stuck in some area of your life? Want a boost towards achieving your goals?

 

This package meets weekly for 3 months to get unstuck and kickstart your progress on your goals and includes  support between calls through WhatsApp .

Payment Plan: $750 CAD per month for 3 months

Paid in Full: $2150 CAD

This package meets every other week and has support between calls through WhatsApp .

Focused Start - 5 month package 

Need to build momentum but want space to integrate between sessions? Stuck on deciding between the other two packages?​​

 

You’ll start with one month of weekly sessions to kickstart change, then move to every other week for continued support and accountability. WhatsApp support between calls helps you stay on track without losing momentum.
