The fastest way to work through your barriers and reach your goals is to work one-on-one with someone who understands how ADHD affects every area of your life. 

I specialize in supporting neurodivergent humans on their quest to love themselves, reach their dreams, & design a life that works for their brains. 

1:1 Coaching includes:

  • 90 min Strategy and Planning Session (week 1)

  • 50 min weekly or bi-weekly sessions

  • Support between sessions using “What’s App”

  • Individualized assessments

3 month

weekly sessions


Are you feeling stuck in some area of your life? Want a boost towards achieving your goals?


This package meets weekly for 3 months to get unstuck and kickstart your progress on your goals.  


6 month 

bi-weekly sessions


Have a tight schedule? Need extra time to take action before our next call?


This package has the same number of calls as the 3 month package, but we will meet every other week.

Want longer term support on your journey to reach your goals? Want to dive into more goals or areas of your life?


Let's dig in deep to uncover what is holding you back. This package provides the most support with weekly meetings for 6 months.
