What is ADHD Coaching?

ADHD coaching is a supportive, goal-oriented partnership where we work together to:
1. identify your goals, & 
2. develop the tools, strategies, and confidence necessary to reach your potential in a way that works with your ADHD brain.

In ADHD coaching calls, you and I will co-create a collaborative, non-judgemental, and safe space where you can explore options, face challenges, and navigate obstacles from a place of curiosity & self-compassion.

Do I have to have an ADHD diagnosis?

Accepted Answer

No! Although I specialize in ADHD coaching, no diagnosis is required to receive coaching. Formal diagnosis, self diagnosis, suspected ADHD, or other forms of neurodivergence are all welcome.
